REGISTRATION FORM

REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING – ORIENTATION

This course outlines the structure and content of the Real Estate Pre-Licensing course. A math pre-test is administered at will allow students who score eighty percent (80%) or more to satisfy the Real Estate math requirements without attending the math class.

THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT THIS TEST WILL BE OFFERED.

REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING – SALES

This course is designed to acquaint you with Real Estate Sales and will cover real estate transaction regulations. This course is approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. NOTE: This class if fully guaranteed. Should you not successfully pass all parts of the State licensing exm, you may sit through that part of the course again next semester.

REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING – LAW

This course is a continuation of the Real Estate Pre-licensing class. This class emphasizes the legal aspects of Real Estate Sales. This course is approved by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. Note: This class is fully guaranteed. Should you not successfully pass all parts of the State licensing exam, you may sit through that part of the course again next semester.

REAL ESTATE PRE-LICENSING – MATH

This course is a continuation of the Pre-licensing class. Gain the math skills needed in the real estate profession. This course will assist Real Estate students in fulfilling the math requirements for licensing. This is required for all that do not score eighty percent (80%) or more on the math pre-test. The math pretest is only administered during the Real Estate Orientation Class.
